Magda holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Warsaw and has been working in the PR industry since 2016. As the first member of the Big Picture team, she played a pivotal role in establishing the agency's deep commitment to social and pro bono causes, which remains a core value.
Magda has long been involved with Polish NGOs, contributing to the establishment of the Polish Council of Youth Organizations (PROM) on behalf of the Project: Poland Association and later serving on its board. She has also worked for her local community in Warsaw's Bielany district, serving as a council member and previously participating in the Bielany Youth Council and district participatory budgeting team. Magda leverages her extensive experience to manage a variety of agency projects and pro bono activities, including public service programs and CSR initiatives for clients such as the Batory Foundation, the School of Leaders, the Noble Package, the Polish-American Fulbright Commission, and most recently, the Cześć Ciało Foundation. She has crafted PR strategies for award-winning Polish and international projects, including for Amnesty International and the Alivia Oncofoundation.
In her professional role, Magda excels in both corporate and lifestyle communication. She has developed and implemented global strategies for companies and brands in the FMCG sector, including Mondelez International. Magda’s attention to detail has benefited clients across various sectors, including Herbapol-Lublin S.A., Coca-Cola, Agata Meble in home and design, Noble Bank and Ferratum Bank in finance, L’Oréal Paris and Garnier in beauty, and Roche in health.
