A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics with a focus on Global Business, Finance and Management, Marta spent her student years running the Marketing Student Research Association, quite literally, as its president.
She built her first professional experience supporting pharmaceutical, FMCG and beauty brands, and she’s kept that momentum at Big Picture. Here, Marta helps steer projects for Durex, Blaar and Routines, making sure ideas don’t just look good on paper but actually land.
Her secret weapon is the unlikely combo of meticulous organization and pure spontaneity, a pairing she insists works better than it sounds. She thrives in a team, loves straight talk, and has a healthy appreciation for sarcasm.
Off the clock, Marta is a one-woman show: painting, yoga, DIY and a lifelong dedication to martial arts - she’s a European champion and a black-belt kickboxer.
