At Big Picture, Katarzyna leads the corporate communication team, bringing over 13 years of PR industry experience. She specializes in corporate communication, reputation risk management, and crisis consulting.
Katarzyna collaborates with both Polish and international brands to plan and implement comprehensive communication strategies. She has advised management boards of listed companies and has extensive experience in industries such as e-commerce, production, finance, and logistics. Her work has spanned external and internal communication projects, with coordination responsibilities across Poland and the CEE region. Katarzyna has worked with notable brands including Amazon, BMW Group Polska, IKEA Industry, DHL Express, Cummins, Innova Capital, MARS, Kompania Piwowarska, and FSC Polska.
Before joining Big Picture, Katarzyna worked at Grayling Poland, Alert Media, Solski Burson-Marsteller, and on the client side with the Getin Noble Bank communication team.
In addition to her role, Katarzyna conducts trainings and workshops in crisis communication management and media relations. She also serves as a lecturer at the London School of Public Relations.
Katarzyna holds degrees in Sinology and International Relations from the University of Warsaw. She has a passion for traveling in Asia, especially exploring less-traveled roads to discover new culinary inspirations. She also has a love for good design and objects with soul.
