She leads the lifestyle team, overseeing its structure, development, budget and long-term direction. She has managed campaigns for brands including Martini, Garnier, L’Oréal Paris, Durex, Costa Coffee, Coca-Cola, Aveeno, Phlov by Anna Lewandowska, Routines, DESA Unicum and bonprix. Her specialty is creating integrated communications that blend media relations, branded content, events and influencer collaborations from concept through production to final execution.
Today, Monika manages a team of more than a dozen people. She works with a focus on attentiveness, responsibility and consistently high standards.
