Monika holds a degree in jewelry design from the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź. Before she started her PR adventure, she ran her own brand for several years. Thanks to this, she gained a lot of knowledge not only about communication and customer needs, but most of all about the fashion market.
Previously, Monika handled brand communication for clients such as Martini, L’Oreal Polska, Durex, Costa Coffee, and the Reebok / Adidas Group. Combining knowledge of the beauty, fashion, sports, and event market, as well as image building for sensitive brands, she specializes in planning and coordinating large lifestyle campaigns that mix creative activities, branded content, and classic media relations. She has extensive experience in building and coordinating long-term cooperation platforms with influencers and micro-influencers. Her skills run the gamut from mapping, creative concepts, legal issues to campaign implementation.
At Big Picture, she is responsible for servicing Durex, William Grant & Sons and Brown Forman portfolios, and our beauty practice (L’Oréal Professionnel, Rituals).
Nothing happens in our office without her knowing about it. : ) Monika’s encyclopedic memory for birthdays goes hand-in-hand with multifaceted control over the location of each lamp and desk. A good spirit and the unofficial queen of all agency celebrations.
